Brexit - Means Engxit

As the news rolls in.

Supreme court says MP'S must have a vote on Brexit - but says the devolved parliaments have no power , so dont need to have one.

Meaning Brexit means Engxit.

This devolved power is the power that the majority of Scotland thought they were getting when they voted no during INDY - ie in that they were promised a parliament with power in 1999 , By Scottish and NuLabour , and then again in 2014 by all parties if they chose to remain in the UK - they would be rewarded.

However since 2014 Westminster decided to reneg on part of the Smith Commission findings , with a core of the "vow" removed , in that the Scottish Parliament would be made permanent - meaning it can be voted in Westminster for its removal!

Today while the Brexit ruling is good on one hand by the supreme court , preventing an absolute power by the PM being enacted with Westminster vote , however there is more in the fine detail of its findings that should be noted.

Those judges have effectively confirmed that the Scottish Parliament , LEGALLY , and the other regional assemblies of NI , or Wales - have no actual power in the politics of the Union and SO CAN be ignored by Westminster - and as I mentioned above would be rendered powerless to a vote on their removal , say as a result of a Sway in English voter sentiment.

In other words the devolved parliaments are nothing more than regional councils , shown in LAW - well actually have less power than regional councils , as councils cannot be removed at the whim of its neighbors and perverted democracy.

The Act of Union itself holds some power here , in that matters pertaining to Scotlands courts and Law are exempt from the Westminster control and English courts enshrined within it. Thus Rendering the Supreme Court itself a major change in circumstance , thus a repeal of the Act of Union MUST BE ENACTED BY HOLYROOD - as the legitimate and elected Parliament of SCOTLAND , meaning no actual need for any indy II referendum at all - though it would be preferred.

IF the SNP do not get this on the floor of Westminster and Holyrood , asap , then they are condoning the substantial change in the Act of UNION , so have accepted it - then becoming just the governors of Scotland for their English Maisters.

Thorn in their side politics - we must show the people the fight we have , or lose them.

Option I . As of yet the Act of Union has not been challenged for the multiple breaking of the rules , EVER - Were it to be done so in the Supreme Court itself , then it has no option but to decline the use of English Law , or location , and has to use Scots law and location when deciding matters related to Scotland.

Option II is another indy ref - given the sentiment rising , the argument of the undelivered vow , the McCrone report , the lies of Project fear , the guarantee that remaining in the EU was only via staying part of the UK , the propaganda of the SBBC - This all means material change in circumstance from indy 1 , and creating indy II.

Option III is taking the above , and so Westminster , directly to the EU courts , a case would I reckon have to be started before Article 50 is triggered while we are still in the EU for its court protection , in that democracy is being supplied via treachery and lies , and independence prevented via a hidden war - using such evidence of McCrone and the state media , as well as backtracking on post indy promises... ie the vow.

Option IV. Is our 50 plus roaring lions in Westminster hoping that there are many more and voting against brexit and defeating it.

Option V. Is the same Scottish Mp's tabling a motion in Westminster not for another indy ref in Scotland , but one for England. Which WILL vote for its indy in the same manner as it voted for brexit - the numbers are there.

Option VI. In the next council elections the SNP must stand EVERY single Councillor on one mandate , being a vote for the SNP is a VOTE for Independence. Preventing the need for Westminster to grant it.

Now if this is the shit I can think up , then why the unholy fuck are our SNP, as deliverers of indy , not doing the same?

Could it be that because they are rewarded with jobs even with failure they are happy not to rock the boat?

Well I have one thing to say about that - Scottish Labour did the same thinking jobs were guaranteed at the poll booth in Scotland , look where they are now.....

So unless the SNP show their fucking teeth then the natives wont do the same.
