Star Trick - The Trouble with Twitter

Recently was on the receiving end of a auto suspension for a joke, witch had the C word in it twice, used as a Scots colloquialism, so appealed it, got a reply in under a minute saying they reviewed the tweet - and suspension stands.

The problem - it stated is for "hateful conduct", and the kicker, according to the tweet I got about the suspension in my timeline - I somehow managed to report myself for it.

This is the problem with Twitter, the "illusion" that there is some form of human at the end of the twitter - there isn't, there's algorithms, and then there's the automated "we have looked at your appeal, and found it violated our terms of service".

They will never admit their code is wrong, or suffers a bug, or that it scrapes for words - without the human element to review the content itself. they will just eventually ban you.
