So the Tory conference , pile of shit , but at least their leader never came up to Scotland to call us racists and facists for wanting self determination.

Instead it was to offer the continuance - English , colonial , Unionist domination.

1• "The SNP’s neglect and mismanagement of Scottish education has been a scandal, but sadly it doesn’t stop there."

Now there is a different contrarian answer to this , there is but 10 years of SNP stewardship , and 7 of which under a Labour created , Tory continued Austerity.

Scottish Education is a devolved matter , that means it (Scotland)has control , but ONLY to a point. The money for the Scottish Education system is based on that spent in the rest of the UK , where Scotland is apportioned the same monies per capita.

The other reasoning , of Tablet based education , the lack of home reading in the UK , and in the case of developing countries climbing the ranks they have in some case 6 day weeks , PLUS PRIVATE TUTORS , where they are coming home to further home based education - Thus driven by their parents desire for them to succeed , at the cost of a childhood , for better jobs albeit with relatively low pay in comparison to the more developed west..... to support their parents in later life.

2• The abysmal failure of their farm payments system.

There has been much complaint about such digital payment system being created , which is still not operating at a peak level.

Of course since this creation , where it was to be used to disperse EU and UK farm subsidies , Scotland is to be dragged out of the EU.

While the UK had such civil service , a slow one , for this dispersal , Scotland did not. Which will be used as the argument to retain such system by Westminster post brexit - thus denying the power being devolved back to Scotland.

And as we know , Westminster civil servants do like to "stealth tax" the Scots , so expect this and fishing to return to Westminster - where it can be used as both a carrot and Stick on Scottish farmers , to get votes , or to punish until farms and farmers are bankrupt.

3• Their replacement of stamp duty with a new tax which charges Scottish home buyers more, but brings in less revenue than promised.

This is egregious at best as a statement.

Stamp duty has been changed , thats the fact of the matter , but the fake of the matter is that MAY is suggesting over the board increase in duty , that EVERYONE has to pay more , and of course less revenue - when it is not the case.

2014 rates pre change to LBTT

up to £125,000 - 0%.

Over £125,000 to £250,000 - 2%.

Over £250,000 to £925,000 - 5%.

Over £925,000 to £1,500,000 - 10%.

Over £1,500,000 - 12%

After the changes , NOTE , prior to this there was no additional property tax , ie on resale of a 2nd property.

less than £145k 0% additional property 3%*

£145k to £250k 2% additional property 5%

£250k to £325k 5% additional property 8%

£325k to £750k 10% additional property 13%

rest over £750k 12% additional property 15%

AS YOU CAN SEE - base price (the price that means not paying it)has been increased to account for house price rising , keeping those in the lowest price , in other words lowest and median waged income FREE from LBTT , formerly Stamp duty.

After base price , the next pricing structure , or band 2 , hasnt changed at all , other than the bottom rate just as band 1 increasing to keep up with inflation and house price increase.

So then if that covers the MAJORITY of properties in Scotland , the average - then who is THIS MAJORITY affected by the LIE from Mrs MAY ?

Well that would be anyone with houses costing 325k OR MORE , whom have now went into the 10 percent bracket , which was prior to the changes covering up to 1 million pound houses previously , IRONICALLY the real 10 percenters. And of course the 1 percenters , those owners of properties of 750k are the TRUE bracket , the only bracket , that has seen any increase in Stamp duty changing to LBTT – where stamp duty hadn't changed in that bracket right up to property costing 1.5 million , which does now and only a 3 percent increase.

Even private landlords only see a cost on RESALE , ie “additional property” , or those with second homes.

HOWEVER the Westminster change in mortgage relief and other attacks are FAR more punitive on private landlords – but then we wouldn't want the Tories on their visit to the northern shires to mention as much.

4• Starving the health service by refusing to match the spending increases on the NHS in England.

The budget for NHS Scotland is based on that apportioned in the rest of the UK. IE every pound spend per head in England is the same as the pound per head in Scotland.

This is why whne it comes to the NHS then the SNP refuse to lie down on EVEL , aka English Votes for English laws , stating that if England suffers in cuts then so does Scotland. Arguing that reserved matters , being UK matters , means Scottish representation in those bills and white papers. Ironically where the SNP can be the deciding factor in preventing cuts to the NHS in England - rather than their own elected politicians.

Scotland HAS under Successive Labour and Tory Govts let it go into a state of decay , of buildings rotting , not fit for purpose of lack of investment - and part privatization only as BEING PART OF THE UK.

The SNP , Holyrood , have created more hospitals , upgraded old ones , centralised some for cutting costs , and created more University Hospitals for training – gearing for the future.

The Unionist media , the BBC , all have decided to attack the Scottish NHS – yet omit that its OWN main bodies and investigations AGREE that Scotland is in better SHAPE than the rest of the UK. Totally contradicting Theresa May in her statement , totally negating the BBC in Scotland.

5• The SNP Government demands further powers for the Scottish Parliament, but fails to pass powers on to local people in Scotland’s villages, towns and cities.

To a point I agree , there are many towns and villages confirming this , more so with councils using LDP for unneeded housing – showing borderline corruption.

The SNP and Holyrood I can confirm personally have ran roughshod , offering community empowerment , but only up to saying yes – not when they say no.

Even the first pages of the HOLLYROOD LDP documentation states that the primary goal of LDP is to AID DEVELOPERS , thus not communities , and is not being used to supply Social rented (the current highest housing need today) – instead it is GEARED FOR market housing , which is pretty dire when housing need assessments state the greater need , offering affordable bought housing that is beyond that of the local salary – and where EVEN SNP LED councils use it for building executive housing for commuters instead.

And the review of the LDP itself - is now offering to reduce barriers for developers , hardly in keeping with said originality of local power.

6• They have scrapped the Right to Buy, denying ordinary working families a chance to own their own home.

While I agree that the LOWEST cost to home ownership , via the RTB scheme has been removed by the SNP and Holyrood , this is KETTLE and POT by the TORIES and Theresa May.

IF RTB housing is removing RENTAL COUNCIL PROPERTY , worsening the waiting lists , reducing the pool , then it is a found reason to prevent it by the SNP and Holyrood.

During the last 30 years of RTB , every SINGLE house sale in SCOTLAND has resulted in that money going to Westminster coffers – and importantly NEVER RETURNED to create a single replacement in new council housing. Another VALID reason for its removal.

So it is hardly a good argument , for the TORY party , or for NuLabour that continued the practice.

Though the SNP cant pontificate entirely as long as they have the planning legislation that enables COUNCILS to sell off land to private developers , whom then land bank – and not instead increase building of new council homes , by councils themselves , empowering them as LOCAL employers and trainers.

7• They oppose our nuclear deterrent, which keeps us all safe, and on which tens of thousands of Scottish jobs rely.

One has to ask then exactly why the Nuclear deterrent isn't a little closer to Home , ie London.

Trident , where may is saying is “responsible for tens ot thousands of Scottish Jobs” , which is also a bare faced lie , makes Scotland a MISSILE Target , and where a Nuclear failure or strike would render the most populated region in Scotland a waste land – affecting , killing , Central Scotland.

The Jobs reliant on Trident , outwith the BRITISH NAVY , are less than …. wait for it less than 600 in Scotland. Admitted by the MOD.

Hunterston.

Hunterston , one of the sites the Tories are promoting as a new Reactor site.

Hunterston , which the Tories wish to put another Nuclear power station in , as well as materials processing , that could see waste from ANY EDF powerstation – not just that of its own in Scotland , but GLOBALLY.

EDF being the FRENCH STATE OWNED electricity company , and the UK without any as a result of privatization by the TORIES , supposedly leading to cheaper bills . Is one of the BIG six oligopoly that have hiked your energy bills 10 percent this year alone.

And this as the Tories are just after removing investment into eco power generation , Scotlans growing industry , with even more employeess , are now gearing for more nuclear in Scotland?

Hunterston Today is an exporter of Electricity , so if we add the Northern link to the Equation , then another power station is not for SCOTLAND , not for local jobs , but for protecting power in England instead.... subsidized by Scotland.
